Lost Originals

Lost originals are created when Mylio cannot locate the original quality file. This occurs when the original version of a file is deleted outside of Mylio before that original version is able to sync onto your vaults.

If you no longer have the original version of that file on any of your devices, then the only thing you can do is to delete the Lost Original in Mylio.

You can find Lost Originals by navigating to the Devices panel, selecting your device, and then scrolling down until you see "Lost Originals”. When you select that, Mylio will show you the lost originals in your library.

This is why you should always ensure your files have been backed up to multiple vaults before you remove them from your devices outside of Mylio.
