  • We work with iPhones, Android devices, computers (Mac and PC), cloud services like iCloud, Google Photos, Dropbox, OneDrive, Amazon Photos, and external hard drives. If your phone or computer is 10+ years old, there may be limitations to the software available for your device’s system. We can discuss these limitations and find the right solution for you.

  • Yes! We believe photo organizing is not a one-time task, but an evolving process as your collection grows. We offer maintenance plans and annual or quarterly check-ins to keep your system running smoothly. Whether you want help adding new images, creating seasonal albums, or simply want a trusted expert to manage your digital archive over time, we’re here for you. Many of our clients think of us as their family’s trusted image manager. The same way you periodically go to a hairstylist for a trim or a mechanic for a car tune-up, we are here to help keep your photo library active, updated, and backed up.

  • No. We will create a separate folder outside of your photo library for duplicates. This way, the duplicates do not clutter your library, but are still available for you to go through if you choose. You have final approval before anything is deleted.
