What We Offer

3 Mini Coaching Sessions - $600

Designed for hands-on clients who want the reassurance of expert guidance while managing their own photo libraries.
This plan provides periodic check-ins with the Signature Photo Organizing team to ensure your system stays organized, functional, and easy to maintain.

What’s Included:

• Up to three check-ins per year
• Clients may schedule check-ins at any time during the year

Each check-in includes a 1 hour review of your photo library, where we will:
• Evaluate how your organization system is working
• Identify any issues or areas that may need attention
• Answer questions about managing your photos moving forward
• Provide professional recommendations to keep your library running smoothly

This is a yearly fee.‍ ‍

This plan provides guidance and review only. No organization or image backup is included. Please have your hard drive and/or cloud service backed up before each check-in.

Additional organizing services can be scheduled separately if needed

SafeKeep Archive Backup - Custom Pricing

Purpose: Extra professional backup

For peace of mind - A passive storage solution that provides professional off-site backup of youor organized photo library.

What’s Included:

•SafeKeep storage of your images on our private servers, up to the point of project end

Pricing is dependent on the amount of data you have. This is billed as an annual service.

This backup applies only to the photo library as it exists at the time of project completion. Any images or media added to your library after handoff are not automatically included in this storage plan. Additional organizing services can be scheduled separately if needed

Purpose: Expert guidance for DIY clients

Annual Checkup & Organization- Starting at $750

Purpose: Yearly maintenance and organization

A once-a-year image check-up for clients who want a simple, set-it-and-forget-it approach to maintaining their photo library, with an annual expert review.

Mylio’s secure cloud service (Mylio Drive+) is required for this plan.

What’s Included:

•Extra backup of your photo library onto our private servers

•Quarterly email reminders to back up your images to your Mylio Drive+ and external hard drives

•One meeting at the beginning of the year (January) to intake the previous year’s new images onto our drives. This includes a check on your Mylio cloud to ensure it has been backed up as well.

•Duplicate removal and image organization for the new images from the previous year.

•Annual check on software to ensure it is up to date

Quarterly Concierge Plan - Starting at $1500

Purpose: Quarterly maintenance and organization

Hands-on photo care, 4x a year. Designed for busy families, travelers, and storytellers who want consistent curation, organization, and oversight of their photo library.

Mylio’s secure cloud service (Mylio Drive+) is required for this plan.

What’s Included:

•Monthly email reminders to back up your images to your Mylio cloud and external hard drives, with clear instructions

•Quarterly intake of new images onto our drives, ensuring your library stays up to date

•Custom “Best of the Quarter” album created in Mylio, highlighting your favorite memories

•Quarterly duplicate removal and image organization for new images added each quarter

•Verification of your Mylio Cloud and external hard drives to ensure everything is fully backed up and functioning correctly

•Quarterly software checks to confirm your photo management system is up to date

•Annual 1-hour video review call to refresh your knowledge on using your photo library
