Can you help me figure out what I actually need to organize years of photos... without feeling overwhelmed?
You’re not alone. Most people don’t know where to start — or how to make sense of everything they’ve collected over the years.
That’s exactly why we created this guide.
It’s the first step to understanding your collection, setting priorities, and finally moving forward with confidence.
Whether your photos are in boxes, albums, phones, or old devices — this checklist brings clarity to the chaos.
Inside the Family Photo Rescue Checklist, you’ll learn:
How to take stock of your entire photo collection —physical, digital, and everything in between.
How to identify and prioritize what matters most (and what can wait).
How to handle fragile, aging, and at-risk photos with care.
The biggest mistakes people make when organizing or digitizing photos — and how to avoid them.
Simple next steps to bring clarity and create a plan you can actually follow
How to decide if DIY is right for you — or if it’s time to get professional help
Ready to take the first step toward clarity?

Jennifer Loomis (MA, Certified Photo Manager, Mylio Photos Certified Consultant) started her career as a photojournalist, covering stories across the globe, after completing her Masters in 1997. She later went on to become the pioneer of maternity photography, specializing in classic black and white photography.
In 2018, Jennifer started offering her system of photo organizing to long-time clients looking for a solution to their growing nightmare of personal and professional images. Then people heard about the service and started bringing her boxes and boxes of media, and she knew she could make a huge difference in people’s lives.
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
